Terms of Service

Effective June 30, 2026. Read these carefully.

Ordering

When you place an order, you're agreeing to these terms. Your order is confirmed when payment clears. We don't hold or process orders for verification—you're good to go.

Shipping

We ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 15–25 business days from order confirmation. This includes international production and customs clearance. You'll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

Payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for any reason. Free return shipping in mainland France. Full refund within 3–7 days of receipt. See our full Returns Policy for details.

Right to Withdraw

Under French law, you have the right to withdraw without justification within 10 calendar days of delivery. No penalties. Free returns in mainland France.

Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full—no questions asked. This applies even beyond the standard return window for manufacturing defects.

Intellectual Property

All logos, wordmarks, designs, and content on this site are the exclusive property of VAGUE Cycling. You can use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Warranties

All products come with legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and hidden defect warranty (6 years) under French consumer law. Manufacturing defects—seams, zippers, dyes—are covered free for 24 months. Contact us with photos for any claims.

Your Data

We collect your name, email, and address to process your order and send confirmations. That's it. We process your data under GDPR and French data protection law. We never sell your information.

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data anytime. Contact support@vague-cycling.com with requests.

Liability

We're not liable for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or damage after delivery—except for manufacturing defects. For any defect, our remedy is replacement or refund.

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law and EU regulations. Before taking any legal action, contact us at support@vague-cycling.com within 2 months with your complaint. Unresolved disputes can go to an accredited mediator—free for consumers.
