The Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for any reason. No restocking fees. Free return shipping in mainland France. Full refund within 3–7 days of receipt.

What We Accept

  • Wrong size—unworn or barely worn
  • Colour doesn't suit you
  • Changed your mind
  • Defects found at delivery

What We Don't Accept

  • Items heavily worn or damaged
  • Items that have been washed
  • Returns after 30 days
  • Returns without a label

How to Return

1Log In
Go to your account → My Orders → select the item → Request Return
2Print Label
A free return label generates as a PDF. Print it and attach to your package
3Ship It Back
Drop off at your local post office or parcel point. You're covered
4We Receive It
We'll inspect and process your return. You'll get an email update at each stage
5Refund
Refund credited to your original payment method. 3–7 days from receipt

Damaged or Defective

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full—no questions asked. This applies even after 30 days for manufacturing defects.

Lost in Transit

Packages do occasionally go missing. If yours doesn't arrive within 25 business days, let us know. We'll track it down, and if it can't be found, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund straight away.

Timeline

Your 30-day return window starts from your delivery date—shown in your account. This is separate from your order date, which may have been 15–25 days earlier.
