Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 15–25 business days from order confirmation, including international sourcing and customs clearance.
This timeframe reflects our commitment to quality and precision in every step of production and delivery. We don't rush the process.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Track your package directly in your account under My Orders → Track Shipment.
International Shipping
We ship to mainland France and the EU. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Customs clearance is included in our standard timeframe.
Delays
If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us immediately with your tracking number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Sizing
Each product page includes detailed sizing information. Our model measurements are listed for reference—typically 180 cm, size M.
VAGUE jerseys use a race fit: snug but not restrictive. If you're unsure between sizes, email support@vague-cycling.com with your height and chest measurement.
Returns for Fit
You have 30 days to return any item that doesn't fit. No questions asked. See our full Returns Policy for details.
Materials & Care
Our fabrics are sourced from premium mills with environmental certification. Manufacturing takes place in Europe.
Wash Instructions
- Wash at 30°C on delicate cycle
- Turn inside out before washing
- Avoid bleach and fabric softener
- Air dry—no dryer
- Iron gently if needed
Proper care ensures 5–7 years of regular wear. Fabrics stabilize after 2–3 washes and don't shrink with normal care.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers.
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
